Lurury Villa – Panoramic View of Diamond Rock

Nestled at the very top of an exclusive and quiet residential area in O Mulane Bas, at the entrance of Le Diamant, this deluxe villa occupies the very last plot — the one everyone dreams of but few ever reach. No passing traffic, no overlooking neighbors, just silence, sea air, and one of the most spectacular views in southern Martinique.

You arrive via a path lined with lush tropical vegetation. As the garden opens up, the view immediately takes your breath away:
Diamond Rock and the iconic “Sleeping Lady” seem almost within reach, omnipresent and nearly unreal.

The villa is entirely designed around outdoor living and the sea.
The large panoramic terrace becomes the heart of the home and features:

• a swimming pool perfectly integrated into the landscape,

• sun loungers for relaxing under the Caribbean sun,

• two separate covered lounges (carbets), conceived as open-air living spaces.

The first carbet, facing the sea, invites pure relaxation with comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, and a frontal view of Diamond Rock.
The second is dedicated to convivial moments, offering a fully equipped barbecue area with multiple grills, an outdoor bar, a sink, and everything needed to cook and enjoy meals outside while soaking in the calm and the view.

The outdoor dining area naturally finds its place on the terrace, complemented by a cozy garden lounge.
Inside, the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming:

• a spacious living room with comfortable seating facing the TV area,

• a modern, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped and highly functional — with, once again, a stunning view of Diamond Rock while you cook.

Sleeping area

The villa offers three air-conditioned bedrooms:

• a master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a private bathroom,

• two bedrooms with 160 cm beds,

• a shared bathroom located nearby

The villa can be rented for 4 people in a 2-bedroom format or for 6 people in a 3-bedroom format.

Every space has been carefully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and serenity, in a rare setting where nature and the sea are ever-present.

The villa is located approximately 1.5 km from the center of Le Diamant, easily accessible by car.
Nearby, the Mulan Bas nautical base offers scuba diving, boat trips, and various water activities.
The bay in front of the villa is particularly well protected, offering calm waters often compared to a lagoon or a lake, even when the sea is more lively elsewhere.
